I am purchasing
the book and DVD for my husband, that thanks to your program that has been introduced to him by a personal trainer here in
Adelaide, Australia, he has had tremendous results. He has a passion for your program, watching over the
internet from your website. The results he has obtained are not just physical (though quite spectacular!),
he has a new focus, commitment and passion for life – so thank you!Regards, Anna Lolosidis ALOLOSIDIS@adelaidebank.com.au
Hello Sir, I received
the DVD + Book Package deal yesterday afternoon, and I’ve gone through the DVD’s as well as a large part of the
book. I must say Sir the book is
very comprehensive and better than the other one's I have read. Faan du Toit, South African Rugby player dutoitfaan@gmail.com

My name is Patrick Whearty, and I have bought your book and
I really am blown away with all the information that you have put into it.
Hello Istvan, I am very enthusiast about your book and DVD. My students too!! We are intended to
integrate your complexes into our Certified Fitness Instructor course!! Thanks a lot! Ed Westgeest,
Vasse, Holland.
My name is C.C. I am 39 years old, 5'11" and 12 weeks ago I weighed 195 lbs. I have been weightlifting
for over 15 years, but found myself in a rut. Not terribly out of shape (about 20% body fat), but far from my peak in my late
20's. That is, until I happened across Javorek Complex Conditioning book. Now, I weigh 168 lbs. and under 10% body fat.
While there was some dieting involved, Steve's workout was the primary reason for this transformation. In the past I have
tried to step up the intensity of my workouts, but it always ended up with injury. Steve's combination of body part, loading,
and repetitions has allowed me to achieve outstanding results without injury or even extreme soreness and fatigue. Not to
mention, I have gained significant strength in nearly all areas. I am a follower of his now and wanted to thank you for the
book and articles.
I got the book. It’s
a goldmine! Hello Istvan, My name is Jim, I am a sports fitness trainer and ex pro soccer player. I have tried
various routines (German volume training, progressive build ups, pyramid, etc) your routine is absolutely brilliant. I have
gone through the first few weeks of General Fitness and I am extremely impressed. Jim McGeough

Hello Coach Javorek, Thank you so much for your book, it is an incredible wealth of knowledge and I am studying
it about 2 hours a day as well as planning yearly plan for my return to throwing the shot. I am currently following your suggested
plan of starting with the beginning program in Chapter 16 and working through to the Tremendous Pleasure program in Chapter
23
Sir, your three day split program
is just absolutely amazing. I was getting back into the best shape of my life, and considering that I am 35 that is
quite an accomplishment! This workout has been the most physically satisfying routine I have used. Richard Taylor
Mr. Javorek, I love doing your barbell complexes and have had great success
with both fat loss and muscle tone. Thanks for your time, Jim.Romagna@loras.edu
I received the package already! The tape is very informative
(as expected), but the book is really an encyclopedia of knowledge! I'm an avid reader but this is going to take
some time to absorb. Awesome!
I still read and re-read your book. I wish I could say I practice the complexes
more often. Once the basic idea is grasped, I think the complexes can be adjusted to achieve most any fitness goal. I also
do your dumbbell wrist routines with a light weight. Actually, I just taught my step daughter who is visiting from medical
school (she has 2 yrs to go for an M.D.) She found the wrist routine very helpful.

Mr. Javorek, I am
a rugby player, and finally found a six week block to try your Big Fun workout you published in your book and M&F
magazine. WOW!! If you told me six weeks ago that I would rack 225lbs and Jump Squat
it for 6 reps I would have slapped you. My 40yd time went from 5.1 to 4.8. I increase my 1rm for squat
405 to 425 and flat bench 275 to 315!! At first, I performed jump squats with only 95lbs, but as I learned
the exercise, I was able to push much higher. Kevin Sullivan
Mr.
Javorek. I received your book
two days ago and I read it. Book is excellent! I have personal library of more than 100 strength training books from all greats
of 19-th and 20-th Century such as Verkhoshansky, Zatsiorsky, Saxon, Sandow, Pashall and many others. But your book is practical
upgrade of all the others. This was kind of information I was looking for. I never thought that dumbbells could be so much
useful in sports conditioning. I was wrong. It is interesting that I was using almost the same exercises in my programs but
mostly with barbells. I hope that more frequent use of dumbbells will make me more injury proof with regards: Tomislav Susec, Croatia
Happy
New Year to you Coach Javorek! How are things treating you at JCCC? I can't express my appreciation enough for
the influence you have had on my own journey in the realm of sports conditioning. Warmest regards, Daniel Hilario Department of Health, Exercise, and Sport Sciences Texas Tech University
I
recently read the Men's Health
article and am very interested in becoming a "Student of Javorek" in weight training and discipline.
Watch
out old-timers, here I come! Again, I am not able to complete the ordering process on-line (paypal) or
via mail and would appreciate your assistance in helping me purchase your book and DVD set, along with a few posters.
Look forward to hearing back from you. TRENTON N THOMPSON, MAJ, USA634th LTF, TF Phoenix-VIII

I received the
book and DVD yesterday, and I have to tell you that the amount of valuable information available here is staggering.
Thanks Ryan Arthur
Coach Javorek, as for the circuit program: Those exercises are awesome! They are
very efficient and simple to do. Initially I had thought your 1st. program would be easy; however, I was sweating at the end.
I had never tried weight circuit training before.
Also, what I was taught before about weight training is no longer
used.
Now, I just need a better/newer selection of DB weights, at home, for these exercises.
If
I had wanted to a PE instructor/Fitness trainer/Human Performance expert, I would want to learn from you. You got the science
down for what you do. Too, bad you don't have E-Learning (Internet) for your classes to get students trained or certified
for this.
When will you have newer books and DVDs? Thanks Benton Chan
I
will delve in the concept of
complex training of yours. The idea of using compound exercises and hitting the CNS with different kinetic patterns (avoidance
of pattern overload stagnation) is indeed very good. Tassos Zikas, Sports Science &
Nutrition Research Greece
Mr. Javorek, my name is 1LT James Hester I am currently deployed in Iraq
with the Army. I am an avid weight lifter and love to exercise. I recently came across
an article with an old workout program of yours in M&F December 05 issue. I enjoyed the workout and
have become sold on the concept of a full body workout and not specialization routines. I was wondering
if you had any new workouts or suggestions on how to gain mass and size. Thanks 1LT James Hester
Hello Coach
Javorek, Thank you so much for your book, it is an incredible wealth of knowledge and I am studying it about 2
hours a day as well as planning yearly plan for my return to throwing the shot.
Any
help you can give would be tremendous, Adam Martin
My name is Kane Mavrodaris and I think you're an excellent conditioning coach. I have
completed the Power Thrash Program twice and have seen great results. My power to weight ratio has increased, in all major
movements. I'm busy training with my younger brother at the moment using your Barbell program for off season strength
and conditioning. It's awesome!!!! So difficult, but I can see that if we keep it up for 12 weeks we'll be in awesome
shape. Yours in Sport Kane Mavrodaris
I actually started week 1 of your 4 week
excerpt in this month’s Muscle & Fitness magazine. Awesome!!! It blows away all the other crap that
I’ve been doing. I’m 34 years old and have been working out for a little over a year (~3x/week) Steve atriver@comcast.net
Hi Steve, I can instantly see the value to your approach, and am a big fan of what you've achieved
and have done for the many athletes you've trained. It would be a huge honor for me to continue my learning and implementation
of my own program having established some form of connection with the way you do things. I have read parts of your "complex
conditioning book" and want to purchase it. In Australia your kind of conditioning isn't widely accessible as part
of our cultural standard of conditioning the body goes, and am therefore extremely keen to learn more myself and ideally feel
a level of support from what you are doing, as who knows where that may lead... This has been partly fueled by my own experience
in the gym and the desire to correct our approach here in Australia, or at least in my sport. Your assistance would be greatly
appreciated. I understand you are probably a busy man, but any hints tips, pointers, strategies, or other resources you would
recommend; including other products you sell would be highly valued. Best regards, A.
